My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and good working amenities. However, the lack of sunlight made the room feel a bit gloomy during my longer stay. The service was detailed and informative, with polite staff members offering various assistance. The central location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, though dining options were a bit underwhelming in terms of variety and value for money.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, although some areas seemed untrained and shabby. The location was quite good, close to key attractions but in need of an upgrade. The dining experience was okay, but with limited food options. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were nicely decorated and clean, but some aspects like a spotted mattress and a dingy bathtub fell short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. The service was friendly but unprofessional at times. The location was great, near many attractions and within walking distance to key sites in Doha. The dining experience was okay with limited food options. Facilities were decent overall.
The hotel provides spacious rooms with a separate ensuite and a good breakfast selection. However, the games are mostly broken, and there was a shortage of slippers and bathrobes. In addition, you needed to call the front desk for the morning newspaper.
I was delighted with the traditional Arabic style of the hotel, and the receptionists, especially Kristal, were both friendly and professional. Quick assistance for a late check-out was provided promptly, and I received my room key within 45 minutes of my arrival at 3:30 PM. The hotel's spacious rooms were a real standout feature.
The rooms initially appeared a bit dark and tired but were comfortable overall. The service was excellent, with detailed assistance and a warm welcome, although an incident with the attempt to charge an unnecessary fee was a minor issue. Dining, while good with local specialties, seemed overpriced for what it offered. The facilities were adequate, catering to basic needs.
